Royal College Masaka is endowed with highly committed and experienced professional leadership Team. The team meets twice in a month and leads the devising and implementation of school strategic development plan and also has overall responsibility for the daily management of the whole school.

Mrs J.O Adeusi, a teacher, a head teacher and a one time Director of studies with over 24 years experience in the Teaching profession. She holds a Masters in Education ( Guidance and Counselling) from the University of Ilorin. She is committed to running an effective Christian school with high standards that will produce future leaders that will change the world. At her leisure, she loves reading. She is a mentor and a team builder. - Mrs T Olagundoye – Head of Secondary School
Mrs E.T Olagundoye , a graduate of Ahamadu Bello University, Zaria. She holds a Masters of Art in French, a seasoned teacher per excellence with over 12 years experience in teaching. She is committed and dedicated to child development, her exemplary Leadership skills leaves no doubt in her skills and character as a Leader. Her aspiration is to bridge the gap in the quality and standard of education. At her leisure, She loves to sing. - Miss R. Ike – Head of Nursery and Primary School
Miss R. Ike is a seasoned teacher, trainer and motivator before attaining the pinnacle of leadership . She has over 10 years experience in the noble Profession. She holds a B.Sc (Ed) Economics from the University of Abuja. Her passion for work has brought so many developmental Projects in the Nursery and Primary School. - Mr O. Olalusi – Human Resource Manager
Mr. O. Olalusi , a graduate of the prestigious University of Salford, Manchester with a Masters degree in International Business and Human Resource Management. He is a prolific writer with over 15years experience in the Educational Industry. At his leisure, he likes driving and surfing the web. He holds a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Lead City University Ibadan, a multi talented and dynamic young man with lots of passion for work. - Mrs E. Olowodagba – Finance Manager
Mrs E. Olowodagba studied Management and Accounting at Obafemi Awolowo University, a post graduate diploma holder, an associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management and a Member of Information System and Audit Control association. Has passion for professional work and also events planning/ management at her leisure time. She has since worked for over 13years as an Account Officer, Finance and I.T Personnel/Consultant.
