As a matter of school policy, we don’t print out hard copies of the termly assessments for Parents however, we encourage parents to check and download the assessments online using their unique username and passwords.
The Username and Passwords are often sent with the mid term results by SMS or given by the ICT Administrator on request.
However, results are accessed in 4 different ways
1. By e – mail
Results are sent by E-Mail on a termly basis for the mid-term assessment and the end of term assessment.
2. By SMS
Results are sent by SMS only for the mid-term assessment.
3 By logging in to the Portal
When Parents log into the Portal with their unique username and passwords…They can download the current results and past results.
4. By downloading the application SAFSMS Parent from Google play and following the instructions
NOTE:
Parents should endeavor to update their correct phone numbers and e-mails to access results.
